Hunter Mods ("we," "us," or "our") operates LinkBot, a Discord bot and accompanying web dashboard (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

  • Discord Data: User IDs, usernames, server IDs, and channel information to facilitate bot functionality.
  • Game Server Data: DayZ server IP addresses, ports, status, and mod collection data to provide monitoring features.
  • Player Linking Data: Discord user IDs alongside Steam IDs and in-game usernames, accessible only to administrators of the Discord server.
  • Usage Data: Interactions with the bot for analytics and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Provide and improve bot functionality, such as live DayZ server status panels, mod update notifications, and in-game Discord verification.
  • Authenticate you to the dashboard via Discord OAuth.
  • Ensure security and prevent abuse of our services.
  • Analyze usage trends to enhance user experience.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.
  • With service providers who assist in operating the bot, under strict confidentiality agreements.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You use our services at your own risk.

We use the following third-party services:

  • Discord — for authentication and bot functionality. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — for processing premium subscription payments. Stripe handles all payment data; we do not store credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy can be found at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us via our Discord server. Data is retained as long as the bot is in your Discord server; removing the bot initiates deletion of associated records within 30 days.
